Oi! FA when will you sort out the ownership mess of our football clubs?
We are a group of football supporters from different and highly competitive teams who are very concerned about the lack of control of the ownership of our football clubs. It seems that anyone can come along and buy a club, at an inflated price, and then load the debt incurred back on to the club. It means that the club is paying (often over the odds) for someone else´s conviction that they can run it better. We don´t mind a rich entrepreneur having an ego-trip, but don´t make the club (US!) pay for it. Read our The Cause for more information.
